1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Digital Products & Single-User License

All digital products, templates, automated spreadsheets, frameworks, audio files, guides, and written materials purchased through The Blueprint Society are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Limited License Grant: Upon purchase, The Blueprint Society grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license solely for your personal or internal business use.
Prohibited Uses: You may not:
- Resell, re-license, redistribute, share, sub-license, gift, or duplicate any product or template in whole or in part.
- Upload our digital files or proprietary templates to shared drives, forums, public websites, or torrent networks.
- Modify, rebrand, extract formulas or design structures, and sell them as your own competing products.
Any violation of this limited license will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action for copyright infringement.

3. Educational & Informational Disclaimer (Not Financial Advice)

The content, tools, templates, and frameworks provided across our website and within our digital assets—including The Cash Flow & Wealth Foundation Blueprint™—are created strictly for educational, organizational, and informational purposes only.

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or update digital assets at our sole discretion without prior notice.
By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
All sales are governed by our Refund & Return Policy; digital purchases are final and non-refundable upon order completion.

5. Technical Specifications & Access

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their devices meet the minimum technical requirements described on the product page (such as possessing a valid, free Google account for Google Sheets templates). We do not provide device troubleshooting or custom software alterations beyond our standard onboarding documentation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos (including the circular seal emblem), branding, web page designs, copy, and visual assets associated with The Blueprint Society are the exclusive property of The Blueprint Society. No license or right is granted to you to use any mark without our prior express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Blueprint Society, its founders, affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including loss of data, profits, revenue, or business interruption—arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our products or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total dollar amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of our site or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
