The Blueprint Society — Digital Product Policy

At The Blueprint Society, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship, functionality, and elevated design of our digital frameworks, spreadsheets, and resources. Because our products are intellectual property delivered via instant digital access, we maintain a clear and transparent policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a purchase is completed and download links or digital access credentials have been issued, the product is deemed fully delivered and consumed. We do not offer cash refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or subjective dissatisfaction.

2. Software & Technical Requirements

Before completing your purchase, please review the product descriptions and technical requirements carefully:

  • Many of our automated blueprints (including The Cash Flow & Wealth Foundation Blueprint™) are specifically built for Google Sheets and require a free Google account to access and utilize.

  • Our products are not designed for Microsoft Excel, Numbers, or third-party spreadsheet software unless explicitly stated on the product page.

  • We are not responsible for software incompatibilities or lack of access resulting from personal device limitations.

3. Damaged or Defective Digital Files

If you encounter any technical difficulty accessing your digital assets (e.g., a broken link, corrupted download file, or an issue accessing your template copy), our client care team is here to assist:

  • Please email us at contact.cyninthecity@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

  • Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description/screenshot of the issue.

  • We will promptly inspect the file and provide a replacement link or assist in resolving the access issue.

4. Unauthorized Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage our clients to reach out directly to resolve any technical questions. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or claim without contacting support violates our Terms of Service. In the event of a dispute, comprehensive access logs (including IP address, delivery timestamps, and download tracking records) will be submitted to financial institutions to verify product delivery
